Job Description Responsibilities

Communicate with customers and sales representatives, manage pre-sales and after-sales service functions Provide excellent customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationships.

Handle and resolve customer complaints / inquiries promptly and accurately by mail or telephone. Assisting with product sourcing and order fulfillment activities such as accepting orders, providing pricing information, determining appropriate shipping methods, routes and rates, etc... handles incoming calls regarding return requests, product samples, order recommendations, promotions, etc. Understand each client's business model and requirements. Maintain a solid understanding of company products, features and alternatives.

Qualifications Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree Skills: Fluency in French required 4, PC Writing Skills (Microsoft 4) communication skills are required.

Demonstrated sensitivity and understanding of customer service issues, flexibility and ability to learn quickly; Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to understand and interpret information, interpersonal, communication and time management skills; Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
